  1. Saba Premium Beverages will always attempt to deliver within the stated timeframes, however, delivery times may be delayed due to unforeseen airfreight or road delays.
  2. We do not offer cancellations or refunds.
  3. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the order will be left by the courier at your own risk.
  4. Due to the freshness and perishability of our juices, please refrigerate the products as soon as possible.

Trade Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is DRINK SABA ORGANIC Pty Ltd (ABN 683 105 624 548) of 8 - 10 Kurrle Road Sunbury, Vic 3429, Australia (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
  1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory.
  2. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, and agencies associated with this promotion, are ineligible to enter.
  3. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Promotional Period
The promotion commences 14th March at 9:00am AEST and closes 11th April 2026 at 11:59pm AEST (“Promotional Period”).
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
  1. To enter, participants must during the Promotional Period:
    • Purchase $200 AUD or more in a single transaction from the Saba Beverages  online store at drinksaba.com
  2. Eligible purchases will automatically receive entries into the draw as follows:
  1. Each qualifying transaction constitutes a separate entry.
  2. Refunds, cancelled orders or chargebacks will render associated entries invalid.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
5. Prize
There will be one (1) winner.
The winner will receive a prize package for two (2) adults to attend the Steve Irwin Gala in Las Vegas.
The prize includes:
• Return economy class flights for two adults from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Las Vegas
• Two (2) nights accommodation at a minimum four-star hotel
• Two (2) VIP tickets to the Steve Irwin Gala event
• HSG wellness Travel Pack
Total maximum prize value: AUD $12,000 depending on travel location and availability.
6. Prize Conditions
  1. Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  2. Travel must occur on dates specified by the Promoter to coincide with the gala event.
  3. Winner and companion must:
    • Hold valid passports and show proof 
    • Meet any visa or entry requirements for the United States
  4. Travel insurance, meals, transfers, spending money and incidental costs are not included unless otherwise stated.
  5. If the gala event is cancelled, postponed or altered for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize.
  6. If the winner is unable to travel on the specified dates, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw may occur.
7. Prize Draw
  1. The draw will take place on 13th April 2026 at 7:00pm AEST.
  2. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries
    across all HSG Entities
  3. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 48 hours of the draw.
8. Claiming the Prize
  1. The winner must claim the prize within 2 days of notification.
  2. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within this period, a redraw will take place at the same location on 16th April, 2026.
9. Public Announcement
The winner’s first name, initial of surname and state may be published on the Hivita website and social media channels.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  1. The Promoter is not responsible for:
    • technical errors,
    • lost or delayed entries,
    • or any issues arising from travel providers.
  2. The winner accepts the prize at their own risk.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Privacy
Entrants’ personal information will be collected and used for the purposes of administering the promotion in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
Entrants may also receive marketing communications from the Promoter unless they opt out.
12. General
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to:
    • verify the validity of entries
    • disqualify entrants who breach these Terms
  2. If this promotion cannot run as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion.
